Q: Do you host on Unix or NT?
We host exclusively on Unix servers because of their stability. It is not uncommon to have a machine up and running for a year without needing to restart the system.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time. We will send you an invoice, at which time you can pay by cheque or money order.
Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All of our sites come with a 14 day full money back guarantee. If you pre-pay 12 months in advance, and need to cancel early, we will refund you the unused portion (minus any yearly discounts).
Q: What is your uptime? What about maintenance?
All regular maintenance is pre-scheduled and our customers are notified in advance. Most maintenance can be done without disruptions of any kind. In addition, our servers are monitored 24 hours a day should any problem occur. Backups are done daily.
Q: How fast is your internet connection?
We are currently hosted on high-speed OC3 connection to the Internet Backbone. We continually monitor our connection to ensure the fastest speed possible.
